We store the workspace, product, batch, verification code, and QR data you enter. Verification and usage events, along with technical information needed to operate and protect the service, may also be recorded, such as request times, browser information, or network addresses where applicable.

When a company requests customer details on a public verification page, the name or phone number entered there may be linked to that company's verification record.

How we use information

We use this information to create accounts, run verification tools, display verification results, manage subscriptions and payments, respond to support requests, diagnose failures, and help protect the service from misuse.

Service providers and sharing

We use technology providers for hosting, authentication, and data storage. Payments are completed through Kashier; the order details needed to process a payment are sent when checkout begins. Card or wallet details are entered on the payment provider's page, not on Wathaqly pages.

Product details your company chooses to publish may appear on public verification pages to people who access them. Review product content before publishing it.

Cookies and preferences

The platform uses session data needed for sign-in and stores preferences such as language and appearance so the interface follows your choices. Some preferences may be saved on your device between visits.
