Using the platform

Wathaqly lets companies manage product details, create Unique Code and QR Code verification methods, and review verification activity. Use of the service is subject to these terms and the information shown during account creation and plan selection.

Use the platform lawfully. Do not disrupt it, access other accounts' data, publish misleading content, or create verification codes for products you are not entitled to manage.

Accounts and company responsibility

Your company must provide accurate, current account and product information, protect sign-in credentials, and manage who can access its workspaces. It remains responsible for content it uploads or publishes on public verification pages.

Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account so we can help review it.

Plans and payments

The pricing page shows available plans. The term, price, and total appear before payment. The final amount and billing term are those shown in the order summary when you complete it. Prices and discounts can vary by plan and term.

Kashier processes payments. A paid subscription activates after payment is confirmed. If automatic renewal is available and enabled for your subscription, its status and next date appear in the plan and billing page, where you can manage available cancellation and changes. Any upgrade charge is shown before payment confirmation.

Verification data and results

Verification results depend on the codes and data your company manages and the product's state in the platform. A result alone does not replace product inspection, documents, or other checks appropriate for your business.

Verification pages and details your company chooses to display may be available to anyone with the verification link or product code. Do not place confidential information in fields intended for public display.

Availability and changes

We work to operate and maintain the service. Some functions may be temporarily affected by maintenance, network failures, or providers. We may update platform features or plans and will show relevant prices and terms before a new payment order is accepted.

Access to an account may be limited in cases of misuse, security risk, or breach of these terms, while existing requests and payments are handled according to their status.

Ownership and content

Your company retains rights to its data, logos, and product content. It permits Wathaqly to host and display that content as technically needed to operate verification according to account settings. The platform interface, software, and brand remain with their respective owners.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms when the service or its delivery changes and will revise the date above. Continued use after updated terms take effect is subject to the published version. Contact us about accounts, billing, or these terms using the email below.
